Half that price though is adding cooling on the cards which is nice.

Much more than half, really. Extra blocks means extra radiator capacity is needed, and extra blocks plus extra radiators means lots more restriction, requiring the more powerful pump. Plus the extra tubing, fittings, etc. A perfectly respectable, very quiet and high performing CPU-only loop with no aesthetic compromises:
Maybe add a T-line or cheap reservoir for easy filling and bleeding. Something like this would be easily expandable to accommodate one or two additional cards. My loop is just overkill
EDIT: And really, the above config is overkill too. It's mostly for the cool factor. In all likelihood, it will do nothing to benefit your CPU that the Swiftech, for half the price, couldn't do.

GPU dead or its is fan dead and GPU is overheating. Had a near identical problem with a Radeon 6950 that was shipped back to me after an RMA. Artifacts at post, bios screen fine. Mine actually booted to Windows though, with the same artifacts. What are the specs of this PC? Specifically, wondering if it's a dedicated or integrated GPU.

Ok so I have a problem...
I have a GTX 660 video card. Recently my monitors have been shutting off after about 5-20 minutes of playing.
The computer is still on when this happens and I can hear the sound playing but it sounds like it is stuck playing the last second of whatever was playing before it froze up.
I downloaded the HWMonitor to look at temperatures and whatnot, and everything appears to be normal.
I thought it might be a driver issue so I attempted to roll back and then uninstall completely.
Finally I just decided it was time for a fresh OS install. After all of that, I'm still having the same problem
Does this sound like my video card may be going bad or could this be a RAM/CPU/PSU issue?
ETA: Just thought of something I haven't tried. I'm going to try to play WoW using the integrated graphics on the processor. I'll have to play on super low settings but that might tell me if it's GPU or not... maybe?

Classic GPU driver crash symptom. Since you've done fresh installs, it's probably your card. Playing with integrated graphics is a good way to confirm it.

Yeah unfortunately I think it is. The integrated graphics is holding up 1 hour into playing.
I looked back at my card on Newegg and several reviews say this card crashes while playing games. Some specifically playing WoW.
Grr.. I think the GTX 660 is the best high end card for your money right now. Maybe I'll look into another brand. Here's the one I have LINK

Just looking at the videocardbenchmark site. Is there a better site for comparisons?
ETA: Instead of making a joke, do you have a recommendation? I'm talking value card; not spending 300-400$ to play WoW and a few other games when my integrated graphics can get the job done on low settings.

Calm your tits. You linked to a $200 card. I don't keep up with the prices of every component every day. If you can find a 660 for the price in the chart, go for it. If you can find an R9-270 for the same price or a 270x for $10 more, get that. Consider looking at used models of those cards as well.

I would recommend a 270X. I built my PC to mainly play League of Legends, similar in non graphical needs like WoW.
But it plays even the new titles very very well at ultra on most at 1080p and high on pretty much everything else. Far Cry 4 on Ultra at 1080p and I'm at 45FPS.
You can get one for $129-139 with rebate right now.

I would recommend a 290 off of ebay for under $200. If that's too much, I've seen 7970s as low as $110

That's a pretty good price jump though, if he's just wanting to play WoW and that is pretty much it, be a waste of a 290.
$119 for a 270X brand new and be done with it.
