Seriously though, I call myself doing research on this stuff before I buy and thought the benchmark LINK sites were reputable. Are they not?
I'm going to consider another 660, the 270X, or maybe the 760. The problem is there are so damn many versions of the cards these days. It's hard to tell which ones are shite.
I'm hoping to stick around $150 or less considering my needs: Blizzard games, LoL, KSP, DayZ, Civ, etc.

Yeah, that can be aggravating sorting through all the AIB partners. Generally if you aren't overclocking then you don't have to think too hard about it.

Nightmare is an understatement. If you have one and you need a break you just hand it off to mom. There are no breaks with 2.

Yeah, that's what I figured. With our first and second, we were able to take turns throughout the night when they were newborn, so we'd each get a full night's sleep.
Now having a strong-willed and often over-dramatic 3-year-old plus a 7-month-old with some additional medical needs is another kind of nightmare.

With the Titan being discontinued Im now sitting on 2 years of savings for nothing. Was planning to do a quad SLI build. Not sold on 980 being better due to "efficiency."

Sat with daughter in my lap watching a santa video at my PC. Open, nearly full 20oz bottled water sitting on desk.
Daughter reaches for something. Whack. Down goes the bottle on top of 900D. I hear about 5 or 6 rapid-fire glug-glug-glug-glug-glug before I recover bottle and flip the power switch on my PSU.
Opened case.
Water dripping through fan, through radiator, through fan, sliding down the length of the motherboard, on video cards and off the edges, seeping between the blocks and backplates.
Currently disassembling entire motherfricking computer and wiping with alcohol.
