Half Shell in Biloxi. So far so good. Oyster combo ap was legit, especially the Orleans and chargrilled

Close up.



20lbs of chicken quarters. All seasoned and wrapped up in some wire. Black setup is hooked onto the chimney. Black box on top is a little motor spinning slowly. Big drip pan on the bottom that I made for shits a giggles. Gotta burn some wood to keep it hot, but it's just wood. errybody.

That looks badass

Got the blackened redfish which was pretty good but I was so full from lunch I couldn't enjoy it. My wife got the royal reds and thought they were the best thing ever.

I am starting to finally get a little hungry. I think I will fry up a big fresh deer sausage patty and an egg to make a breakfast sandwich for a late supper later.
