Price per cubic yard for concrete?

I'm thinking of adding on to the garage, and I am trying to get an idea of what its going to cost me to get a pump truck out to pour the slab. It is going to be approximately 32 cubic yards. Anybody in the know on concrete prices now?

I thought a pump truck was $800-1000 per day.

Thats either a huge garage or you made a measurement mistake.

32 yards is a lot.
They have a U cart deal in Gulfport. A DIY tow beind trailer with up to 1 1/2 yrds for $148

Wouldn't that be about 2000 square feet worth?

That's a pretty big addition. Not saying you're wrong, but might want to check your math. That's over 3 trucks worth. Depending on strength its going to be around 100 a yard. Last quote was 96 plus tax.

Thats about 2500 square feet of 4 inch thick concrete, which is badass if thats an "addition" to your garage.
It's about $100 per yard depending on delivery options, etc.

I just added to our back patio. Dug a hole 125sq ft and had 2 yds of concrete dumped. Came from ascension ready mix and cost was $110 yd plus fuel surcharge and delivery fee. Came out to be $320.
And yes if youre just adding to existing slab that is a lot unless it is another two car garage.

A 34M (meter) pump truck that comes with a 112' boom is currently running $130/ hour and also has a yardage rate of $2.75/ cubic yard with a 4 hour minimum. This is in the BR/ NOLA/ Northshore area of the country.
You may need to check your calculations on the garage as well.

Are ya'll factoring in the possibility that he is figuring footings for this addition?

Footings to China maybe

He's adding a deck on Nascars Pons. Water is bottomless.
