Looks like Cajun turkey, mozz, basil and tomato. Turkey caprese?
ETA: Are those sweet red pepper in addition to the tomato? And it does look like sourdough.

Looks like a panini you'd get in California. Maybe a sourdough bread.

Looks to me like something the French would eat.

I find this thread less than satisfactory. No detail on why the question is asked, no confirmation, NO PRIZE if I'm right?!

Ding!
We have a winner!
Maybe could have added Panini grilled, but that's just me being R2Rish...
Oh - your prize is another notch in your pistolette

From the looks of it, especially that sourdough, a pretty tasty one.

A caprese aka BMT(basil, tomato, mozzerela) on foccacia after a panini press.

Looks like ciabatta, red onion, tomato, turkey, mozz cheese, basil and roasted red bell pepper,to me.

The aeration holes in the bread don't evoke ciabatta at all.

I am disappointed in myself that I didn't spot that red onion. I put red onion in/on almost everything I can.

I've had ciabatta that looks just like that. Might not have been the "right" way, but I've certainly had it. It's either that or focaccia.
Darla, I can find an onion! I love them. My addiction is green onions, though.
