Texas Pit Crafters PM75-U. Fire box is 12 ga. carbon steel and the rest of it is 14 ga. Did I do ok? No experience with the brand but it looks solid and the lid is heavy as hell. Smoke stack has three racks and some hooks for sausage. Looking forward to trying it out.

Thanks
Probably going to do a few racks of St. Louis cut ribs and maybe a brisket. Might grill a few ribeyes just to test it out and see before I smoke anything on it. I had been using my Weber kettle with a Smokenator but I've outgrown it. Was between this bad boy and a BGE, but I went with this because of the cooking space it has. Plus I think the smokestack is cool . Pretty excited about it.

Very nice....how much did that set you back?

Looks like a great lil pit/smoker. I'd definitely do a burn out on high temp to burn off the shite they used on it making it. Then spray it with good pam or wipe with olive oil inside and cook something bacon wrapped to get a good coating inside.

I love my Primo but that makes me very jealous.

I am in the market for a new grill and smoker and that looks awesome. On-line retail is 1,400. Where you able to find it anywhere cheaper?

This next grill I get will be a combo and it will be the cheapest one they make. I hate buying a 400 dollar grill and seeing the guts are the same crap from a 99 dollar wal mart special.

Didn't think about wiping it with oil after, thanks!
Might do a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin to give it a good coating
