Best: PF Changs
worst: joe's crab sucks arse. For all the hate Red Lobster gets, the location not far from my house is surprisingly decent, same for the Olive Garden. Neither are "great". Also, i'd add Ruby Tuesday.

Worst: Applebee's & Red Lobster & Joes Crab Shack & Olive Garden
Middle Tier/in between: Changs, Carrabas, Longhorn, Bravos, Outback (haven't tried Texas Roadhouse)

I've always had pretty good service and decent food at O'Charleys.
Best - Cracker Barrel? remarkably consistent from one location to the next. I'd put Carrabba's in 2nd.
