Warren Zevon - Keep Me in Your Heart
I first heard this when I watched the Warren Zevon doc several years ago. Was at a concert recently where the band covered this and it got me. Always does.

Another New World by Punch Brothers. It was live and it was amazing. Brought a tear to my eye and I was covered in goosebumps. After they finished the song the crowd was silent for a few seconds and you could hear a couple people sniffling while someone else nearby whispered "Oh my God."

Dammit by Blink-182. Yes, this pisses me off. It's the song that was playing on my car radio after I found out my dad died.
"I guess this is growing up" is actually poignant in this context.

I don't really have any that choke me up... but I'd classify the following as "highly emotional" for sure...
Heather Nova - Walking Higher (a tribute to a friend that's passed)
lori carson Graeme Revell- fall in the light (leaves me feeling very centered, for some reason)
ETA:
I stand corrected - This one makes me tear up:
Athlete - Wires It's about the singer coming off stage after a show and finding out his child was being born 6 weeks premature... and him going to see her.
