I have a pc that I built while overseas in anticipation for SWTOR. Hardly ever gets touched now. I have always been a console guy but I am willing to game on the PC.
Also is there away around using the keys for movement? Being a console lifer that kicked my arse.

I mean...you really only press one button to go forward and use the mouse to turn.
As hulk said, you could get a controller (actually beneficial for some games), but for certain games mouse+keyboard is superior.

Steam group looks essentially inactive. I've been addicted to black ops ii lately but will eventually tire of it.

Yeah there are always people playing something, but the group doesn't play much together.

I'm not volunteering, but we really need a weekly group thread to kind of say "who wants to play this game this night" and so on. I know they have a discussion page on Steam, but who really goes to that?

I feel the gaming board is like the 7th grade dance. Every body wants to get out there and cut a rug, but many end up standing against the wall.

For those of you that are playing Dayz, what are you using? Play with 6 or Day Z commander?

Buy yourself a wireless 360 controller off Amazon. Love using the keys and controller.
I have been playing Chivalry and recently LFD2.

Someone did this 2 weeks ago with LFD2 and it turned a great outcome. We had 2 teams of 4 with some ppl waiting to jump in.

I would consider purchasing 1 or 2 if people were playing. Though id wish i got it during the winter sale.
Need to jump back into LFD2. Had a busy week this past week and my nerd levels need replenishing. My GF doesnt realize that is why she finds me irresistible.

I understand it can be hard getting used to keyboard control schemes at first, but you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't learn it.

I am in the opposite boat right now KB and mouse all my life but I need to learn the 360 controller to play some of the ports I want to play.
