Does This Change Anyone's Stance On NFL vs College?

I've always loved the NFL way more than college, and this just adds more reason to it.
The last 2 BCS games have been jokes, hell all of the major bowl games this season were, outside of the Rose, enough to where I turn it off at half time. Say all you want about the "passion" and "atmosphere" that college ball has. Sure, it's great. But, give me actual competitive football, with parity like the NFL over it.
Hopefully the playoffs for college will make this bull shite a little better, because I'm beginning to care less and less about college ball.
Am I alone on this?

NFL post-season >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> NCAAF post-season.

The only problem I have with college is the long lay off between the regular season and the major bowls.

I haven't watched a full NFL game in year superbowl included, but I have watched MANY college football games.

I've cared way more about the NFL this season over NCAA...which is saying a lot, because I didn't really care that much. As each year passes, I'm hating football a little more.

the NFL is just a much better product.

Outside of Seattle game I didn't watch 1 NFL post season game in it entirety but I've watched several college games. I prefer the college game though

I hate the first few weeks of CFB when there's so many blowouts because everyone's playing cupcakes. I hate the way it ends with the long layoffs and all the crap bowl games. The middle of the season in CFB is absolutely awesome thou.

Ever since I've left LSU, I feel the same way.

How many blowout Super Bowls have there been? Only 13/46 have been within a TD. We've been spoiled these last few seasons, but other than that the game is usually awful. The first weekend of playoff games this year was also full of duds.

I can't really get into the NFL playoffs with the Saints already done. There was a time when I could but the NFL has become watered down now.
Alabama bitched slapped a team who just wasn't ready for the big stage. It won't be like this every year. But I agree that the Orange Bowl and Sugar Bowl have both fallen off as of late. I remember when the Superdome was packed all the way through the upper Terrace when I went to past Sugar Bowls. Now you just see half arse crowds and the atmosphere just sucks.

I prefer college to the NFL and this doesn't change it.

The NFL's postseason format (playoffs with >2 rounds immediately following the end of the regular season) should lead to more exciting postseason games, because it favors teams that play well late. But the FBS's postseason format (one game, or on the horizon, a 2-round playoff, both several weeks removed from the end of the regular season) is much more selective, which makes the regular season more exciting and (in my opinion) crowns a more legitimate champion.

The SEC has parity all over it. You are blind as a referee in tuscalossa CocoLoco!
1) You'll never get 100+ teams to all be on the same playing field. It will never happen.
2) Every game matters, unlike the NFL. Every game has implications on other games. Just because you don't take the time to understand this doesn't make it so.
3) There are great matchups every week, just because you don't take the time to understand what games to watch doesn't mean that there aren't great games to watch.

No postseason in any sport is better than the NFL playoffs. IMO, the perfect number of teams make the playoffs, the schedules are perfect, the intensity and urgency are as high as possible, and every game is win-or-go-home. In addition, I think any playoff team can win any given game; there are no sure bets. Ultimately, I think the best team wins the SB, but every playoff team has a chance. In contrast, for example, Notre Dame had no chance whatsoever last night.

I still don't give a shite about the NFL.

I love Fantasy Football for NFL....otherwise, College is my choice.
