I'd love to shoot your delta elite if you're taking offers...
As soon as I get back on shift and settle in I'll be glad to come out to a range and we can have a "Gun Range Pot Luck".
As of now, I'm scheduled to go back on shift on Feb. 25. I work 4 days then off for 7.

Ascensio Parish Sheriff's Range used to be open to the public certain days I thought, not sure if it still is. May want to give them a call.

Let me know, I'm always on the Northshore

I'm not sure where you're coming from, but if you're headed to Sherburne from BR, take 190. Diving the width of the WMA from I10 sucks a big one.

Nicks shooting range in Lutcher, its outdoor and you can shoot anything. I think Jefferson gun club lets you sight in rifles too, but never been and could be wrong.

I saw Nick's is $18 per day. Can you bring as many firearms as you like?
Do you have to buy ammo there or bring your own?

+1 Cdaniel. I'd be down to blast some lead down range with you guys.
And I agree with Mood. If you're going duck hunting, I10 is the fastest. If you go to the range, the highway is the best.

Best I recall it's per person and you bring as many guns as you like and can bring your own ammo or buy theirs. Also you can buy targets and rent rifle rests. It's only 100yds IIRC. It's been several years and I only went once.

Yeah, theres no limit, I usually bring 2/3 pistols and my AR.
They offer ammo there, but you bring your own.

Now that's funny. As is Plank Road.

Anyone been to Nicks in Garyville?
I've shot there a lot. Nick is good people, and has always run a very safe range.

Paper, but I think they have a side range for shotguns and steel targets.
