Lori - Walking Dead (no comment needed)
Steve Urkel - Family Matters (his character destroys any rewatchability the show might have...its horrible and I can't believe he was popular)

Skyler from Breaking Bad is the answer. I don't get the hate for Lori on Walking Dead. Bad, but Skyler is so much worse. And I even thought Carl was worse than Lori for lots of Walking Dead.
Unbearable characters are needed for shows. The people who beg for these characters to die don't understand good writing.
Breaking Bad has a tough task. They have to make people like a drug lord who is a huge dick sometimes. That is possible because we hate Skyler and GUS. And all of the other a-holes in the business.
