Yeah that was Hebrew I'm pretty sure. Saul is Jewish.

We do know that he can speak Arabic though from the time he met Brody's guard at the safe house in Season 1 and interrogated him

How does everyone think that video got out?
when they were showing the video on tv, after they showed his confession video, the tv anchor said "(whatever the terrorist group name is) also released this video"...definitely was the terrorists releasing both videos

They said Al Queda released it when they released the video claiming responsibility, or did I imagine that?
I think Brody got played. He seemed genuinely surprised when he saw the video of him on the news. Also, I don't think he would have risked being so close to the blast zone if he knew. Although, when he said "hey, my car is moved" he seemed a little ho hum about it.

unless it turns out quinn is a terrorist and what they didnt show us was quinn and brody equipping brody's car in the woods with a bomb.
hoefully this is not the case

thanks for the clarification, for some reason I thought the CIA released it.

The terrorists released the Brody confession along with the tape claiming responsibility.
As far as the mole storyline goes, there's is no mole storyline.
It's more of a plot tool than anything. Something they use to tell to tell the story.

i think the continuing theme of season 3 will be is brody or isnt he a terrorist. the writers wont give us a definitive answer. however, with the bomb attached to his car, and his car magically moving, it would be complete bullshite if it turns out he had nothing to do with that. no fricking way that his car is just magically equipped with a bomb and moved in the cia parking lot with nobody noticing.

Saul is now back in power
He acted in shock but is that all an act?
ETA: also Saul offering her the station chief job is his way of protecting her and getting her away from the blast. When he said she is the dumbest and smartest person he knows it was out of respect and contempt for her. He knew he couldn't save her from herself.
Everything Saul wanted he got
Estes gone
Walden gone
Brody gone
His wife back
His power back
Carrie and everyone else were collateral damage in his mind. Saul sent the Brody video to the terrorists to close the loose ends up and make Brody the scapegoat. Remember Estes worked for Saul until walden promoted him over Saul to cover the drone strike killing the kids.

I don't think he's bad.
2 whole seasons he's the moral compass. He has never shown to be anything other than a good guy. He has never wanted power. He just wants to take care of Carrie, and be married to his job and his wife at the same time.
You can tell the writers like to keep things open-ended in case they want to pull shite out of their arse, though

correct, imo. what was really happening was estes' plot to discredit saul and get rid of brody.

Carrie and Brody being able to get away from Langley unnoticed is a hole in the story that bugged the shite out of me.

Yeah I agree that was kind of retarded, but Homeland does shite like that pretty much every episode so I've come to expect the unrealistic.

When Brody and Carrie are in the office, you can tell he regrets something or that something bad is going to happen. Then he conveniently just notices his car being moved right before the explosion? He was so in on it.

I agree with this. Did anyone notice, was it Carrie or Brody that initiated the "lets head out of here" nods during the ceremony?
