Is Cam Newton's "sophomore slump" over with?

I'll be the first to tell you that he has been night and day this season. Sometimes he takes the field and plays lights out, and sometimes he takes the field and looks like a Rookie in his first game (even though he did exceptional in his first ever NFL game). Granted, the last 3 teams he's played haven't been world beaters on defense (Philly, Kansas City, and Tampa Bay), but he's picked up his play pretty well.
vs Tampa Bay
Passing: 16/29, 252 yards, 1 touchdown
Rushing: 11 rushes, 40 yards
@ Philly
Passing: 18/28, 306 yards, 2 touchdowns
Rushing: 14 rushes, 52 yards, 2 touchdowns
@ Kansas City
Passing: 15/27, 232 yards, 3 touchdowns
Rushing: 7 rushes, 78 yards
After seeing all of that, however, I'd say the most important stat is the fact that he hasn't thrown any interceptions OR fumbled one time during that span of games.
Let's try to keep flames to a minimum and have a real discussion for those that decide to comment.

you know this is cam newton you're talking about, right? common sense and facts aren't a factor in discussions about him.

2 of those squads barley even play football anymore

It's easy to succeed when there is no pressure and nothing to play for.
He sucked when it mattered.

Cam is a good NFL QB.
Haters gonna hate.

They need to retool that offensive line over in Carolina if Cam ever wants sustainable success.
And Cam needs to show signs of maturation. The moping on the sideline after a three and out doesn't help anything when the game is going south.

When is he getting out of Carolina? I can't wait to see him with a real team, doing damage.

Nothing is wrong with cam.
The supporting cast on offense is below average. Smith catches the hard passes and drops the easy ones. The fat fullback is a better weapon than the overpaid runningbacks. The best receiver is the tight end. The oline is patched together. The defense is the worst in the league. Rivera needs to be fired, terrible coach.

Shitty teams win late seasons game because they take more risks. This strategy generally results in more upsets, since riskier play calling generally increases your offensive output.

Cam is going to be a great QB anybody who doubted that because he had an inconsistent 8 games or whatever is just a blind hater

Are you talking about the 8 games last year or this year?

It's not Cam's fault Ron Rivera is a moron.

Cam Newton is a damn good NFL QB, but this year, he hasn't done shite against good competition. It's not saying much if he dominates teams like Kansas City and Philadelphia, those teams are terrible.

Cam doesn't work on the mental part of the game DURING the game. Look at the elite QBs. Brady, Brees, Manning, etc.
Score a TD? Look at game film. Throw an INT? Game film. Beat a team 45-0? Game film.
Cam: Score a TD? Smile and dance on the sideline. Throw an INT? Towel over head. 3 and out? Towel. Defense gives up 30 points? Towel.

You do realize there is no game film on the sidelines right?
