It's simple...stand when the person stands in front of you...sit when the person in front of you sits down. If anyone complains about you standing, inform them even if you sat, they still wouldn't be able to see with the person in front of you standing!

Stadium regulations state you cannot continually stand, only on big plays, anthems, etc. Ushers will remove repeat offenders.

Sitting is unacceptable. The student section has fallen way off in this regard. A&M has a better student section.

If you're a student and you can't stand for a top 5 team at home, you don't want to win a title bad enough.

If you stand in front of me, I will throw peanuts on your head. I did it once to a guy that wouldn't sit down and he got really mad. He climbed up two rows to threaten this old man, and I busted him in the head. If you are reading this, respond and let everyone know you woosed out like a baby. What is the moral of this story? If you are standing the whole game and someone hits you in the head with a peanut, you will know it is me. Beware..

there were six guys standing up the whole first quarter on the row just in front of me. we were on row 20 and they were the only people standing in the whole section.
i didn't mind...i was by myself and moved to another row.
but the people my age and the little kids could not see the game.
i left when the cops were called. guys were not warned. they were kicked out.

i like that. this is a social event. it is for society. it is not for a few individuals who want to stand for 3 hours. older people and young kids have to sit down.

i appreciate your youth and exhuberance, but, sit down. i like the text lsu for help. if two people text for help in the row behind you, YOU GET TOSSED.

fair warning?
tuff shite.

p.s. NEVER ask TWICE.
IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!

Text the game marshall and police remove trouble right away. No questions asked.

maybe the asses will sit for the next game.
maybe they loose the right to attend lsu games.
i personally don't want to give them a second chance. they are assholes defending being assholes. they will do much better in angola, and you can help them get there sooner.

p.p.s. these proceedures have been fine-tuned over the last 100 years. READ THE TICKET!

Why? What purpose does standing serve?

I like to stand on defense. On offense, if the people in front of me sit, I sit. I have never, and will never, asked someone to sit in Tiger Stadium. I might ask them to stop elbowing/kicking/spilling things on me, but never to sit.

Same here.

If I can't make it to a game, chances are 100% that I'm standing the whole time, unless it's a commercial break..

if its worth standing for, you should be standing. if the mfers in front of me are standing, I should be standing. If I am too lazy to stand, thats my problem. end of story.

All of the people complaining about old people who can't stand. That's why they have handicapped seats.
The Arky game in 2007 I sat next to this old man who had a walker and an oxygen tank. He was standing and screaming for every important down

Didn't know so many people had to stand to cheer and yell. I guess we can recognize them here because they are the ones always talking out of their arse.

Glad you enjoy being a douche at the games. I'm guessing the guy that asked you to sit was old. Sounds like you set a great example for your kids...

If telling other fans you can't contain your excitement and you want to stand makes you a douche, count me in!

you're an idiot. Why do you think they call it a "seat".

I think you're an idiot, because he is not talking about standing for 3 hours, he is talking about standing for plays here and there, and if old arse people like you can't stand then stay home, when I "can't" stand anymore I damn well won't be going to Tiger stadium and asking everyone else to sit down

THIS is the only correct answer to your post.

You are an idiot! By standing the entire game, you FORCE those behind you to stand whether they want to or not, fans like you are other fans nightmare!
