French Quarter was dead last night. Many asked why we were in town. One asked if we were playing the Saints. This isn't what we were told to expect....

It was a Tuesday night. Tues. Day. Also, there was this little matter of a hurricane passing through less than a week ago.

This is fairly indicative of the level of respect SEC fans accord to middle tier PAC-12 teams who haven't competed for a national championship in two decades.

Also, if you were on Bourbon, you were probably talking to other tourists.

Find St. Charles Ave and walk til you hit Louisiana Avenue then take a right.
A party will certainly be waiting....

not sure....maybe because it is the middle of the week for 1, for 2 we are playing washington, and 3, we are playing about 90 miles away IN BATON ROUGE...you know, on campus, not in the Super Dome. Idiot.

i have found myself in the quarter on a game night--e.g. LSU-UNC a couple years ago--and could hardly find a LSU fan. I even had a hard time getting the bartender (can't remember where) to put it on the freaking TV.

You'll find few Tiger Fans in the NOlA. They are there, but you caint expect them to come out with all the crazy people running around. Come to BR and we'll treat you right.
