The chain of events that is going to unfold to complete this story is going to be insane.
Just think about how many important characters are off doing things in so many different places, for so many different reasons, and how that's all going to tie together somehow

Back to Jaime...
I think it's also possible Jaime and Brienne conspire to kill Catelyn because she's unnatural and probably insane with rage/vengeance
However, I think it's safe to say at least one (possibly all three) die for good in the upcoming story.

Jaime dies, then becomes the leader of the Brotherhood Without Banners when undead Catelyn passes her life force over to him.

WALL QUESTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All discussions of the Wall dictate that it is warded against the Others but we are all missing something crucial.
The Night King took his Other bride to the Nightfort, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WALL!!!
So if the Wall is traditionally warded against the Others how do they make it through?
Answer:
Only a Stark can bring the Others through the Wall. Brandon the Builder used his blood to bind the Wall with magic, meaning that only a Stark can bring that which is unwelcome across the Wall. It also explains why there must be a Stark at Winterfell, to keep the magic of the Wall strong. The Night King, as a Stark, was able to bring his Other Bride across.
This is also why I think that the Wall doesnt necessarily need to be brought down to let the Others have their way with the Seven Kingdoms. They have Benjen Stark to lead them across.
BOOM!
This thread is definitely heatting up!
Where's Benjen? Where's Benjen?
There he is, being controlled by the Others and leading them into the southlands!!!

He was dispatched from the wall as a double agent, seems to turn on the watch as a triple agent, only to lead the others into a trap as a quadruple agent. Benjen Stark lives and kicks OTHER arse, and somehow manages to steal their hottest chick like a boss.

It was a moment of epiphany after watching those animated Blu-Ray extras on YouTube.
If my theory is correct then we have two factions emerging.
Bran Faction: Others are in league with the CoTF, Bloodraven evil, and Bran is their way through the Wall.
Benjen Faction: Others are on their own and Benjen Stark is their way through the Wall.

I def think Bran and the CotF will be a force to resist the incursions from the others. I would not be surprised to see Howland Reed show up allied with them in some way or another, all working to return the Stark to Winterfell. Bloodraven is neither good nor bad, like many things in ASoIaF.
Benjen? Who knows. Probably dead and gone.

My Crackpot 3rd Faction emerging...
Jon Faction: Melisandra/ Jon need an army... "Winter is Coming"

Are you saying he is WITH them or do they have him as a prisoner and just need to have him with them to go through the wall?

Don't know if this speculative prediction has been mentioned yet.
Arya returns to Westeros under a new identity, befriends Cersei, earns her trust, and avenges the death of her father.

I think it goes more like
quote:
Arya returns to Westeros under a new identity, befriends BLANK earns their trust, and avenges the death of her father.
could happen to several characters

I'd say will happen to several characters.

I'd say everyone still alive on her list.

Cersei wanted Ned to take the black and had made arrangements for him to do so. Joffrey issued the order.

Joff is already dead. And Cersei is the first name she says during her "prayer". I can def see Arya coming back and either killing Cersei or playing a huge role in her death.

Some early morning musings:
In this ASOIF Wiki Page, they theorize that Rhaegar thought he was the Prince that was Promised. In addition, he seems to have referred to the phrase "song of ice and fire".
I wonder if it was something in this prophecy and his trying to fulfill it that drove him towards Lyanna Stark? Right now it seems as if their attraction was all about romantic love. (of course at the beginning of the series, it was implied it was all about him kidnapping her against her will, so appearances change).
I guess it's possible that Rhaegar was trying to fulfill the prophecy by merging ice (ie: Lyanna Stark) with fire (Rhaegar Targaryen) to create: Jon Snow? as the prevailing frame of thought is R+L=J.
Of course, the fact that in the House of Undying vision, Rhaegar seems to have been referring to his son Aegon by his wife puts a damper on this theory. But of course, it's pretty well established that prophecies can be twisted or not 100% accurate in this universe.
