I can't remember the name of the movie, but it was the one with a guy that has nails growing out of his head and another guy had CDs growing out of his head.
Hellraiser 3?

Hellraiser 2 - the bar room massacre scene was disturbing to say the least.
I think that was 3 also. 2 took place in an asylum.

There was a WWII movie in which a fighter collides witha bomber and cuts it in half. You can see the occupants falling out. Don't know why that bothered me, since I had seen it in action movies forever. The realism, I guess.
Also, I remember throwing a shite-fit when a documentary said the sun was gonna explode one day.

This will sound very stupid. VERY stupid.
I loved horror movies, so I'm not sure why I freaked about this, but the never ending story got me. You know the part where they go into that glasslike castle and, if I recall correctly, there is a wolf that stands on its hind legs.
shite freaked me out, I had to go interrupt my mom's party downstairs to get her to finish watching it with me.

I saw Jaws when I was 5. Part of me still doesn't think it's safe to go back in the water.
The Last American Virgin. Sobering disillusion. I didn't want to end up like Gary, i.e. the nice guy who finishes last. But to this day, I've never seen anything that would prove that movie wrong.

Memphis Belle, I think? Not sure, but I remember seeing that exact scene when I was little and I think one dude almost does a cartwheel. Only scene I saw and it had the same effect on me.

Great soundtrack though.

The Legend Of Boggy Creek
I thought I was the only person in the world that saw this movie! Scary as a kid.
Not sure if it was a Theatre release or not but there was a movie called Night of the Grizzly that scared the crap of me. That Bear was killing everything!

Fire in the Sky
Every time i went to the deer stand as a kid, I spent more time looking for Aliens to cap rather than actual deer. Didn't want to be abducted and then dropped off 3 days later and all of sudden fear syrup.............

I watched Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Kahn with my older cousin back when it first came out. I think I was 6 or 7.
When they put those mind controling bugs in their ears, I started crying like a little bitch. I asked her if it was real and she told me yes. I went and tattled on my cousin and she actually got fussed at. I felt bad after, but I will always remember being fricking scared to death.
ETA: I also was freaked out by Hellraiser 2. The sad part is that I was in 7-th grade at the time, so I wasn't a little kid. It was an advanced class so the curriculum was pretty fluid. We didn't have to do the same shite as the other kids in English. One of my classmates (it was a class of 8 people) convinced my teacher to show us Hellraiser 2 because it was a modern day example of Edgar Allen Poe's writing. The stupid bitch fell for it and showed that movie to a classroom of middle schoolers.

True, and the dick measuring scene might just be the gayest thing I've ever seen.
But my favorite 80's movie song is the opening credits to Private School. It still cracks me up.

Forgot to mention Creepshow, actually the last vignette, "They're Creeping Up on You," with the roaches.
To this day, my sister is messed up. She flips out just seeing a roach.

The Peanut Butter Solution.
Messed up kids movie. It's not on DVD, but I believe there is a torrent for it. Freaked me out as a kid.

Only for the fact that I still dont say his name 3 times.
However, I kinda got over when South Park spoofed it.

Jaws and its not even close...I'd freak out just from seeing sharks in magazines or books as a kid after that.
