Talking decent cuts (NY Strip, Porterhouse, etc)

I'll usually chop it up and pan fry in some coconut oil. Maybe toss some onions and tomatoes in there.

This is what I usually do. Sometimes I'll heat it slightly before slicing and making the sandwich. A steak sandwich with mayo and purple onion is hard to beat.

Slice the leftovers thin.
Refrigerate.
Next day:
Heat flour tortillas and slice avocado. Tacos al carbon.

I either heat it up with some oil in the frying pan and throw it on a sandwich, or I throw it in the crock pot with some bbq sauce and cook it down all day and make a bbq steak sandwich for dinner

Usually do fajitas or some kind of steak omelette.
