I do love some spicy ranch wings.. He must be dipping them in MSG or something though so fricking addictive.

My usual order: spicy ranch wings, ranch fries and a side of ranch to dip in. I sort of have a problem.

Mr. Brandt at the old Brandt's Maisonette
Might have more culinary experience than any chef in BR.

Yeah he's not good with numbers. Especially when it comes to picking a horse.
Or baseball games....
Also, Mark is a grade A piece of shite. I've had the displeasure of working with that guy and I have 0 respect for him, and I don't say that about many people. I can usually find the good in almost anyone and I have yet to find any in Mark.

I'm saying Varnadoe in BR. I've eaten at every restaurant he's been, both with him there and without. He completely elevates whatever establishment he's at.
Maybe Besh for best in state? Not sure.

Chefs Jetty, Varnadoe, Langlois, and Sclafani, have to be in the discussion.
Mark Maggio has never been anywhere close to one of BR's best chefs, though he isn't a bad one. Just bad biz owner. Joey Distefano ran circles around MM's cooking and pasta.
Chef Charles Brandt(not to be confused with his sons), in his prime, was the best ever in BR history, and it's not even close.
