Miles has been waiting for this day a long time a QB who had a year to sit and not already be fricked in the head..... I don't think anyone other than mett has a shot...... Randle may do some RP duty like 07 but he might not go that far...Randle or rivers just might get mop up duty...

Yes it is...there is no telling how any of these kids reacts in their first SEC game as a starter after they get scared and get drilled and start throwing pics off their back foot. Mett was the best recruit though, so keep your fingers crossed.

He was #2 behind lee with JJ out. He played mop up, rivers isnt ready, randall is least accurate on team. So yeah mett will fricking start.

88, are you serious? This guy could play & start for the Houston Texans right now. He actually throws it between the numbers, not 3 feet in front of the receiver or 3 feet over his head. LSU will be lucky if he stays 2 years, enjoy the 2012 season & try to forget about the last 3 yrs with J J. Hard to get over the fact that LSU was just 1 player away from winning it all.

Have you seen him throw the ball? If Les gives him any chance he's going to light it up. The 3 first hald tds that Lee threw against UWV will be the norm

Huh? That statement was saying Randall/Rivers wont start next year as redshirt freshmen, not sure what that has to do with Mett starting last year.
