...as if there may be many who are - starting with the oddsmakers. 13 1/2? 14? That's a lot of points there.

We've always had a helluva good time with our Tigah friends when they come to Athens over the years, and the same hospitality when we go there.

I just hope we can stay in the dome with ya'll. You're obviously too damn good.

Some said the same about a similar line against #3 Arky. Turns out, not enough points.

Looks like LSU has played 1 game this year that was less than 13 points. I'd say lay the points and take the Tigers.

Nah, it's cool. I'm going to do some extra laps Friday before the game.

LSU has killed the spread this year. I think they are 10-2 ATS. The trend probably inflates the number just a bit. I wouldn't take it personal.

too much swag on defense (except LB)....too much swag on special teams....too much swag on offense now that jefferson is operating at his highest level.

If we don't cover that spread, it'll be our 2nd closest game of the year.

We always allow the opposing team to remain on the field until the end of the game. You'll have to clear out then, though, because we will have a trophy presentation to do.

Realizing that now, instead of being delusional like the Piggies were, will help you a lot on Saturday night when you're dealing with the loss.

Fans? Yes. They seem to have forgotten the value of an SEC championship. I doubt the players have. If so, by halftime they will be over it. Don't think for a second the fans speak for the players.

We all are. This game is meaningless except to hang a banner which is always cool. But LSU is in the BCS champ game regardless, so I would say everyone is "overlooking" this game to a certain extent.

The oddsmakers are overlooking this game? Really?

First, this is what oddsmakers do. They don't have an emotional investment in any of these games. That's why they are very good at what they do.

Secondly, the oddsmakers didn't make the line 13 1/2. They made the line 10. The subsequent betting trends made the line 13.
