I have a bad feeling about today. I had two games circled as concerns before the season started, Tenn and Ole Miss. I'm much less worried about Ole Miss but for some reason I have a very bad feeling about today's game. We've won at Neyland twice EVER I think. Dooley's teams have almost beaten us twice, including once at La Tech. Wasn't it a mediocre Tenn team that knocked us out of our longest stretch ever at No 1 in 1959 and cost us our shot at back to back titles? This is our second longest stretch at No 1. I'm just sayin.

Just jump so we don't have to deal with threads like this. Anyone have a priest and a bullhorn???

If LSU shows up, we should win pulling away. But I'm a little concerned, too. Sims can play, and all his teammates will rally around him. Will it be enough? We better come to play.

Mike Detillier said yesterday on the radio that Tennessee has maybe one player who would start at LSU. I'm not worries at all about this game

I have told all my friends to mortgage their house, their cars, their women and family and bet it on LSU. LSU smokes UT today.

I nearly started a thread saying this very same thing, even though I rarely post on the Rant. I woke up feeling uneasy---not necessarily about a loss, just a wary feeling that something about this game was going to go wrong.

So I got another cup of coffee and watched some vids of some LSU upset wins, then watched some 2011 highlights, and told myself to quit worrying. It's stupid.

If all of the other replies haven't helped, this story from the Washington Post about the University of Maryland should help.

Seems that Maryland got themselves a new QB coach and OC this year, and now their QB (last year's ACC Freshman of the Year) is struggling. That OC/QB coach is Gary Crowton. He will not get anywhere near our QBs any more.

Based on your posting history, I'd prefer it if you jumped.

Goodbye!
