The problem I have is our LBs trying to cover Florida's running backs on passes routes. As you know, this is our biggest weakness on defense

IF Chavis keeps Hatcher warming the pine, this becomes less of a worry.

I was at the game in 2003......the reason lsu lost that game was because it was like a morgue in that stadium

I continue to believe to this day that Jack Hunt missing that game and not being on the field to call the defensive signals was the biggest single cause for that loss.

UF beat us in 2003...with a true freshman QB

And Chris Leak was the #1 QB coming out of high school that year...not a good comparison

As well as Florida's backup.

everyone will use this game as a benchmark to compare LSU and Bama...

Agreed. Excellent observation.

The SEC Rant is going to be burned to the ground on Sunday/Monday after this game is over, no matter what the outcome.

You were one of the main ones a couple years ago calling for 7-5 record, saying in keeping miles we are settling for mediocrity, won't ever beat bama/florida again with miles...etc......I haven't forgotten...you were right there with nuts4lsu in your miles hate. It was clear at that time you were a kid...just don't know if you were 19 or 20 at the time...

I don't count any team out in the SEC. Shite happens, especially if you aren't focused and a team rallies together when one of its players is hurt.

Florida could beat LSU for sure, but I think LSU takes this one. May be a bit closer than some are expecting though.

Yes...i see your point...me saying that the stadium was dead and the team had no intensity that day makes me a negatiger. Son, this was when you were about 14, so I'll excuse you.

their D Line is sick. I know Powell and Easley were 5 stars. Not sure about the other two on the line. I think both of them were in the same year too.

don't give me the "protecting the country" spill...I have also been there as well.

florida was a bad team that year, zook lost his job that year. You are an idiot if you think there was any other reason that lsu lost that game other than they played like they were sleepwalking, and the fans cheered like they were sleepwalking. Of course, as you said, you know more about it that day than me, especially since you were thousands of miles away. I'm pretty sure it easy to measure crowd/player intensity from there.....idiot. I won't even debate you again on this...frickin idiot trying to tell someone who was at the game exactly what the atmosphere was like...and the reasons....good gawd....no clue....lmao......

Another gem! How do you come up with these insights?

I doubt UF is going to air it out. Look for a boat load of that underneath stuff.

I don't see us moving the ball on them. They'll be in the game the entire time.

Bama ran for 230 against them on the road. Not too add McCaron had a sub-par/average night, 12-25 with 140 and they still put up 38 points. If Lee continues to play how he's played the first five games, then he can definitely manage to pull off something similar and more than likely better. Especially playing at home.

We'll be fine moving the ball.

You are acting like the child now. Go to the corner and keep sucking your thumb. BTW There is a difference in being critical and HATE, But I gues YOU seem SO perfect you would not know the difference. AGAIN if you think LSU is gonna beat FLA 38-10 you are crazy and know ZERO about football.
