Which is it?
The Lord of the Rings
Star Wars Original Trilogy
Godfather
Toy Story
Back to the Future
Indiana Jones
Bourne
The Dollars Trilogy
Personally I'm going with Lord of the Rings in just how consistently great and epic it is, and how it manages to juggle around so much. Whats yalls?

Yeah, that, Star Wars, and Toy Story Trilogy are honorable mentions. And I think its mostly referred to the Dollars Trilogy, which I put in the original post.

I love them all.. but ..
I have to say Bourne is the most consistent.
LOTR , didn't keep me entertained with a majority of scenes.
Star Wars... first 2 great, Return blew
Indiana Jones, First one great, second one mailed in, Crusade = Awesome
etc.

The Mighty Ducks followed closely by Robocop.

I'll wait until the new batman series is done.

I will say that the Bourne Trilogy is one of the more consistently good trilogies there is.... but come on! Did it ever remotely reach the heights of the other trilogies? Vader and Luke's showdown in Empire? Gandalf facing down the Balrog? The Incinerator Scene? The Showdown in the Graveyard? All of these scenes are masterful (and note all these trilogies I just listed have multiple masterful scenes), and I can't think of a scene in Bourne I would classify as simply incredible.

The Lord of the Rings - Truly the best of the best
Star Wars Original Trilogy - Excellent series until about halfway through Jedi when when the Ewoks made their appearence.
Godfather - Good series, but the third film feels lacking.
Toy Story - I haven't seen the third one due to the fear of bawling like a baby in the movie theatre. I haven't gotten up the courage to rent it yet....
Back to the Future - The second one was a bit flat and not nearly as good as 1 and 3.
Indiana Jones - I'm a HUGE indy fan, but like Back to the Future, the second one was a bit flat and not nearly as good as 1 and 3.
Bourne - Solid stuff, but not quite on par with LOTR or what I expect Toy Story brings to the table.
The Dollars Trilogy - since this wasn't originally intended to be a trilogy, I'm not sure it qualifies....

I'd liek to nominate The Vengeance Trilogy for an honorable mention.
