It's like when people say that LSU was just placed on probation by the NCAA, but luckily it doesn't even compare to the sanctions that USC was hit with.
See how that works?
You say something about LSU, then I compare the situation to events at another school - like USC, okay.
You've always been good at weaving USC into an LSU thread. Only this time, you used deflection too.

Oh, Tang...
You try so hard at this, but you only wind up falling on your face.

I also want to mention that it appears Jacques Doucet has removed post he made about the situation. One in particular he said something along the lines of things not looking good. That comment is no longer up on his facebook.

You bring it on yourself. You do nothing but bash any chance you get.

Ok, after reading this entire thread all day and finally being approved here's what I have: I am best friends with Andrew and was with him after the altercation last night. Everything the poster "Bzoner" said is accurate. He saw a group of roughly 10-15 football players(including jefferson who was not with his gf as was posted earlier) crowding around a truck trying to leave the bar. The driver blew his horn for them to get out of the way and that when they began yelling at the driver and 2 players pulled the him out of his truck and began roughing him up. Than a few other players joined in. Andrew ran over to help break it up and get the guy out of harms way. He was able to lift the guy(who was roughed up pretty bad) back into the truck and thats when the players turned on him as he was walking away.(he was not talking shite or provoking them in any way. he's not that stupid as some of you seem to be inferring) He said Jefferson and Josh Johns were the only two he recognized but there were 5 or 6 punching him and that Jordan kicked him in the back of the head while he was on the ground. The players than all ran into 2 vehicles and sped away but some people were able to get their plate numbers. Andrew gave a statement to the cops and than was driven to the hospital to be treated for contusions and lacerations to the head and face. He didn't realize there were others involved and thought that he and the truck driver were the only ones injured and taken to the hospital. He was contacted by that mark clements guy this afternoon and simply told him he had no comment and that he plans on speaking to a lawyer. Same with WAFB. He's not happy that mark tweeted his full name and that hes now all over the news. He is meeting with BRPD tomorrow (as well as his lawyer) to discuss whether or not he is going to press charges. He would probably settle for his medical expenses being covered. I know this may come as a complete bewildering shock to a lot of you, but this is what really happened. As far as bashing him saying "he's dumb, just some a-hole marine that got what he deserved, whos story can't be trusted, and probably provoked them" ya'll couldn't be more wrong and stay classy. Thank you rummeltiger for approving me, I hope I can help shed more light on the situation tomorrow after andrew decides whether or not hes going to press charges. I hope everything gets resolved and that the team can persevere past this and be ready to go if this does result in suspensions.

RP. He was booted but who else was given another chance or multiple chances? Seriously I've been impressed with how Miles has handled discipline. If there is another opinion, I'd like specifics.

And i do agree that JJ's involvement in this does not shine well on his maturity.
If he was in fact involved I would agree with, although iritis still bet there is more to that story. As of now there is still no evidence that JJ was even involved.
I am going to wait for the official story.

I think nothing will come from all this. IMO, if the guy who got beat up had lawyers involved, I wouldn't be surprised if they were aggressively trying to sell the public on their side of the story, but in reality, they don't have much to work with.. Thats just my opinion.
I agree, has the news released names of the "victims" or is it just kind of a well known thing? If lawyers were all over TV talking about the poor victim the public would eat that shite up.
I disagree. Chances are LSU would be willing to pay MUCH more to the guy if he keeps quiet than they would after the details are made public. So things might be quiet at the moment because keeping quiet is advantageous to all parties in the long run.

this. BUt I am afraid the police will question him hard and pressure for his truthful version.
