Also like I said before. If a lot of the people who gave statements were contacted again today for another statement then the sober statement probably differed a lot from the drunk statement. Kind of like the puddle in the back yard that looked like an ocean to you when you were four.

I think nothing will come from all this. IMO, if the guy who got beat up had lawyers involved, I wouldn't be surprised if they were aggressively trying to sell the public on their side of the story, but in reality, they don't have much to work with.. Thats just my opinion.

All at the varsity were not guilty. Miles kicked perhaps the key ingredient of the 2008 and 2009 seasons off the team.

I agree, has the news released names of the "victims" or is it just kind of a well known thing? If lawyers were all over TV talking about the poor victim the public would eat that shite up.
