Don't know if this has been said or not, but BRPD has said nothing will be released tonight, they're done for the evening. No police report tonight.

they do a background check and a NCAA background check and nothing was found according to the bham paper. I wonder since Mark E. is not head of the NCAA that bama gets off lightly on things since lil nicky and mark are pretty tight.

If they don't have a report by now then they are getting to many mixed stories and both parties will probably be told to go their separate ways. Their is no way that if all stories were similar that they don't have something to release by now.

I hope this isn't a sign of how this season is going to go. Quarterbacks should be mature leaders on and off the field. You think Matt Flynn would have done this stupid shite? No, the kid was a gentleman and a leader. The worst thing about this is the huge distraction for the team in what was supposed to be our national championship year. Only saving grace may be that Oregon is apparently led by the same type of "leader" as LSU.

That is what i am saying. No one but a scrub will be suspended from this. save RP? He was given multiple passes. Not a starter, but second teamer and no scrub for sure.

But if you're sure he'll sweep things under the rug for starters, there should be a precedent set...an example. I cannot recall one.

Come the frick on. Upshaw was slapped and didn't hit anyone. Him and the girl were both arrested. And the judge eventually dismissed both their charges after they completed "anger management" courses.
