The only explanation is that he's only been to five MLB parks. That place is a shithole.

1) Old Yankee Stadium
2) Fenway (cool due to the history, is by no means the nicest or most modern ballpark by any means)
3) Camden. fricking. Yards. Love that place. Depending on the day it can go above Fenway in my book.
4) AT&T
5) Minute Maid

Camden Yards is my fav. Great atmosphere, and I've had great seats when i've gone(got hooked up by BJ Ryan with home plate tix )
I love Turner Field cause Im a homer, but the neighborhood sucks.
Nats stadium is nice
Minute Maid is generic and just doesnt feel like a baseball park.
Worst hands down that I've been to is RFK

I went to the original Astrodome the year it opened. It was surreal for that time.

I've only been to the Astrodome, Turner Field, and the Rogers Centre(or whatever Toronto's stadium is called now).

quote:Really? I mean, I appreicate the history of the place, but it was a dump in a terrible neighborhood. The only good thing about Yankee Stadium was the whole "Wow. Babe Ruth played RIGHT there!" and Monument Park.
Old Yankee Stadium

1) Giants (AT&T)
2) New Busch Stadium (STL) - although I'm biased by my loving the Cardinals
3) Camden Yards
Not really a huge fan of either Wrigley or Fenway.... and I have yet to see the Yankees play at home (wish I had seen a game in the old stadium)
I love the neighborhood around Wrigley. It is cool as shite. But the stadium the fans see is really pretty ugly concrete and has a lot of shitty seats with lousy visibility. It's below average if you actually go with the intention of watching the baseball game
Fenway? I just hate the green monster. I don't mind different dimensions for ballparks but they went too far.
The atmosphere there is great. So long as you can handle loads of tiny Red Sox fans screaming Nomarr! or whatever
