Will one conference or team start the dominoes falling for conference expansion again this year?
If so which conference would it be, and would other conferences join in? Does the SEC look stable for this year?

Nothing will change with the SEC until the Big10 appears to go to 14-16

Unless another conference collapses, there is no room to expand much. The Big12 has to have some desire to move to 12 teams and the Big East is still small. There aren't but maybe 2-3 teams left worthy of adding to BCS conferences.

The real question is will the age of great non BCS teams go away now that Utah, TCU, and soon maybe Boise are joining BCS conferences

I think conference expansion will resurface in time. The Big East sits at 9 football playing members with the addition of TCU. Do they add 3 more members to get to 12 members and add a conference championship game? If they do they will likely pick schools from C-USA and C-USA then has to replace members and will look to the WAC and the Sunbelt for new members.

The other variable may be the Big 12 and whether they are happy at 10 or not. Who will they add? Would they extend an invite to Arkansas?

Time will tell.

The Big 12 really needs to snap up two Texas schools, move Oklahoma and Oklahoma State to the North and they'll be fine.

Even though Boston College and USC aren't really that great of fits in their current conferences, neither conference is going to budge. The Big East will probably try to add UCF (to give USF a "rival") and may try to snag up East Carolina to fill out their conference. Personally, I wouldn't have invited Villanova up; I would have given that spot to Navy and told some of the basketball schools to GTFO.

Won't happen, they'll tear the whole thing down before that happens.

That would be stupid Why would they want to add 2 teams in a market they already own? Because its fun to divy up the same TV money more ways?

No, they need to expand outside of Texas

The problem is that there really aren't two teams worthy and willing outside of the state of Texas.

BYU seems to be a good (not great) fit.
After that, who? Arkansas is not leaving the SEC. Do you take another school to make a geographical rival with BYU, like Colorado St., UNLV, or Nevada?

Conference expansion will resurface when the Big 12 moves to renegotiate its TV deal only to find that it can't get the money that it promised its individual members
