Did jambalaya and white beans yesterday. Throwing some meat on the grill today.

Wife is making mashed potatos with roasted garlic and stewed chicken.

Chili and pinto beans. Made from rump roast. Slow cooked all day long. Gonna take a nap while it's simmering.
Will wake up in time to watch the Cowboy's demise.

My husband is cooking chicken spaghetti. I'm cooking spinach Madeline to bring to work for our Thanksgiving luncheon tomorrow.

just started making ham stock from a left over honey baked ham... have my red beans soaking

making a rice dressing for a thanksgiving party tonight....

closer to a jambalaya than a dirty rice tho.....

was thinking of doing smothered chicken w/ butter beans but we ate out for a late lunch. probably won't be hungry enough to fire up the stove this evening.

One big arse vegetable soup. Made about two gallons. Lunch for the week!

Started a chicken and sausage gumbo this morning.

Made a nice, rich stock. Deboned the bird. Sliced and browned some Jacob's andouille.

Simmering now while I have a cold one and watch a little ball.

Good times.
