Hulk

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to cut my carb intake down to stay around 40 a day.

Has anyone tried P90 work out? I hear it's really good for beginners.

My week long of eating and drinking has really hit hard. I was 189.5 at my lowest before the big blowout. Back to induction phase and workouts, maybe a fast next week. I should have known better but I didn't imagine it being THIS bad

A lot of that will be water weight, unfortunately some real gains in there too, undoubtedly

Had a terrible weekend - starting last Friday night. Hoping to keep my cheating to a minimum this weekend and be down to ~240 by Monday.

Here's to a great weekend

Didn't weight today, was gone all weekend. Saturday night I had 3 beers and 2 slices of pizza, and I had a few brews last night at the casino, so I'm sure I'm not going to like what I see in the AM

Up a little today but that is to be expected after the stomach ailment on Friday. I knew I was probably a bit dehydrated after that.

Wish the darn bug had stayed around a few more days.

Solid weekend of 1500 or less per day but tonight I had some pulled pork that was uber salty. I feel even more water gains coming my way tomorrow.

163.7 today.

First back to back days in the 163 range since I started.

My diet has a 2nd birthday on the 16. Is a giant doberge cake okay?

post CADFast binge was quite delicious.
