In the Sandlot thread, someone mentioned that "You're killing me, Smalls" is likely a top 5 movie quote for guys for our generation (I'd say maybe about 18-40 years old).
So let's have em. And it doesn't have to be limited to this one. Good example of older ones would be things like "Play it again, Sam", "I'm ready for my closeup, Mr. Deville", or "Frankly, my darling, I don't give a damn."
Coming up with a top anything would be tough, so just list em.
I'll go with "Just when I thought you couldn't get any dumber, you go an do something like this........and TOTALLY redeem yourself!!"

I don't know about anyone else, but I say "She touched my pepe" more than any other movie quote because 12 year old Hooker thought that was the funniest line EVER.
