Basically going to tell us the players' position on where they stand with Les?

I think it'll tell us Les's position with LSU

good point. i'm sure the seniors will be fired up regardless but we have played like crap all season. i don't expect that to change tomorrow

shall i bring up senior day last year?

which will be more depressing going into a lame duck season next year

I think so. But more importantly, to me, is the offensive playcalling tomorrow and what it says about any coaching changes we'll see in the off-season.
And also, how the fans respond to win/loss.

I can tell you the position Les has with LSU. It is the HC position and that will be the same position he has next year, regardless of the outcome of the Arky game. Like it or not, he is the HC this year and will be in the same position next year.

and it's a damn shame, too.

It's probably hard for any LSU player to know where they stand with Miles considering we can't get a play off most of the time because of our cluster frick of a coaching staff led by Miles.

If they lose against AR and the bowl game, Les should be fired, IMO.

Les is quoted as saying 4 losses for this program is unacceptable so by his own standards he should be out

I always thought we had a better shot at Ole Miss than this game.
History has a knack for repeating itself.
Hell, we might even get another punt from Alem.
Seriously, even if the offense manages to hit a few big plays (and I don't expect this), the cumulative effect of being out-possessed and out-gained all season will rear its ugly head against our weary defense.
I expect blown coverages and shoddy tackling. Their big back may go over 100 yards when it's all said and done.
On the bright side, we are in a win-win situation. If we win, we never want to see an LSU loss, and if we lose, it's the only chance we have to speed up the process of inevitable change.
And, off the subject a bit, JJ is never going to be the answer at QB if your goal is championships. I'm hoping that a change in offensive coordination will re-open the position in the spring. He is the best we have at the moment, but if all the eggs are in that basket, we will see 3 wasted years of LSU football.

which would be so problematic it would prob be best just to keep him another year.
Any coach worth a damn will likely already be locked up, and LSU will be left to choose amongst the 2nd tier.

if we lose 2mrw les should be fired. let chavis coach the bowl game and we work on fixing our program

You might be surprised at the coaching landscape at that time.
Worse case scenario, you get someone, anyone, that will give you a better chance on gameday than we have had in five years.
I didn't need a headset to watch the game like Miles has. It's arguable that my seat has been better than his. I literally could have been on the field Saturday in the official's face to call that timeout quicker than he did.
There are quality coaches available that are willing to work at a discount without a long term guarantee, just to have a chance to cook with the groceries we presently have.
Waiting on Miles to get his shite together will only result in a deeper hole. Tell me the last time you have seen or heard of the highest paid coach in the land having to start anew on one side of the ball one season, then do it again on the other side the next, and it result in success.
Insanity at its finest.

I agree with this and have been bashed for saying it.

he's had a better season passing than flynn did in 2007, and we won a title in 2007

If you hold the ball forever and take a lot of stupid sacks, it can inflate your passing stats to show better than they truly are.
