Why would you do this? What are you hoping to accomplish by putting yourself through this?

Give it a try and let us know how it worked. If we don't hear from you in two weeks we'll assume it killed you.

You'll get better results with the 3 day tequilla and lemon diet.

Go ahead and afix a seatbelt on your toilet because you are certain to have a fecal fiasco shortly.

Wait till you have to have a colonoscopy and I strongly recommend Wet Ones with Aloe.

That "cleanse your body of toxins" movement (good word for it)is pseudo-medical garbage, ask a real doctor before you subject yourself to something like that. If you are talking some quacks who uses phrases like "western medicine" with disdain, ignore them, they are idiots. I have noticed a lot of "independent" women are into this seemingly for political reasons, to escape the male-dominated influence of modern medicine for "alternative healing".

Do what my neighbor does every other weekend. She puts 1/4 cup of baking soda in a glass of water. About an hour after she drinks it, the shite starts. Not only is she cleasned but she lost six pounds in two weeks. I fail to see how a frequent cleasening can be good for the body. She told me that when it works after drinking it, she just releases colored water after the fourth bowel movement. This sounds like a case of dehydration to me. She told me that it feels like she is pissing shite because nothing but water comes out. Something like that happened to me once when I ate half a bag of sugar free lifesavers. I learned the hard way that eating too much of a sugar free product can have a laxative effect. That was one shitting episode that I never want to experience again.

yeah, I can't just do a master cleanse diet. I can do a 2-3 juice fast. Usually lose 3-4lbs in a weekend.

This cleanse craze is crazy. The notion that you are carrying around 10 pounds of shite in your colon is crazy. I shite everyday, you cant tell me there is something still in there that needs to be cleansed.

Check out the website Dr.Natura.com

The kit supplies one month long cleanse. It is by far the most effect product i've ever come across.

The dummies don't get it. This reminds me of the coffee enema fad that was the rage of all the medical wackos 30 years ago. At least you can't call them full of shite.

2 colonoscopies...

and Izzo's will pretty much clean me out the next day... illegal sauce, salsa, and jalapenos. It's damn good, but liftoff happens everytime the next day.
