#8 Mila vs #9 Monjuni’s

As for all games, anyone can vote. Anyone can also tell in the same post us why their choice should win. Politiking is encouraged. But you can only post once in a thread while the game is being played. If you post more than once in the thread while the game is underway, your vote is disqualified. You may post in the thread AFTER the dead line for votes.

Voting for this game ends at 7am on 4/23/2009.

Mila.

I have been to Monjouni's and I enjoyed the food. But, Mila is at this moment either the first or second most cutting edge restuarant in the state.(The other being Stella!)

Their take on the root beer float for dessert is un-frickin real.

MiLa

Even though I haven't been to Monjuni's, my logic here is if it was even close to MiLa I would have heard more about it. MiLa's menu is very ambitious. One of the few places in the area that is pushing the envelope.

My vote goes to Monjuni's, but it sounds like MiLa is pretty good. I love me a rootbeer float.

I have never been to Mila but looking at their menu, while it looks amazing, it is quite pricey. The food at Monjuni's is really good and the prices makes it affordable to go more often for those of us who don't make a lot of money. Mila is definitely a place that I want to go splurge on dinner but I can't vote for it. Monjuni's is my vote.

Since I've never eaten at Mila, I guess I'll have to say Monjuni's. If in S'port, the original on Louisiana.

MiLa

The only way they would lose is because enough people have not heard of it....the place is on par with the very best restaurants in America...yes, it's that good.

Monjuni's because of the meatball nachos.

And because Tiger Attorney always picks a homer restaurant.

I was once in that Monjunis while it was getting robbed

Still gets my vote, though

MiLa as an 8?

This is a sham!

Mon-freaking-juni's as a 9? An even bigger sham.

MiLa in the biggest rout of all routs.
