But my overarching reaction is disappointment.
Those are future Lawyers? They have no intellectual curiosity as to what the other side's arguments are? It indicates the inability for critical thinking. When they get their asses handed to them in a Courtroom because they did not take time to analyze their opposing arguments, I wonder how their "safe space" mentality will work out for clients who trusted them as counsels.
