I’ve been pushing this for years. Not sure if just military but I dealt with ptsd as a first responder and started psilocybin and it changed my life. Started my account here discussing it.

Checks out.

In all seriousness though, this is good. There are some vets in pretty bad places where standard therapies just aren't working. More than likely a lot of this research will be through the VA.

Sure.
And our soil is improving, big pharm ads are over, seed oils removed from our food, mrnas quelled, pesticides have been reduced.
The man has been a MASSIVE disappointment.

Nothing happens quickly within DC, but there have been steps.

Yep, I know how that dark place feels. I’ve heard assisted therapy through a professional is even more amazing. I just took shrooms and that doesn’t always work when you are doing it at the house by yourself, but it did help me. If done correctly, hopefully it helps a lot of people

Liberal media will gloss over this, but this is a very good thing.

Those who suffer with depression and PTSD, specifically vets, may now have a chance at beating it or coping better.

Good on everyone who fought for this and kudos to Trump for making this happen.

Hopefully they find a way to make it accessible… that’s the next hurdle.

I don't think there are psychedelics powerful enough to address that type of mental illness.

I feel like it's something everyone would benefit from doing about twice per year. A strong dose. And for people who suffer from certain mental health issues, micro dosing throughout the remainder of the year can help bigly.

But aside from just the mental health side of things, psychedelics have shown great promise in treating physical ailments as well such as helping people recover from strokes, Alzheimer's/dementia, and multiple sclerosis. I'm sure there are others as well. It seems to be a great drug for any sort of brain/nervous system type problem.

Joking aside, actually we should.
These people are dealing with serious issues.

This is massive news and an unmitigated positive. Trump has only been in office 15 months, and already there was crazy whining from those who wanted this done sooner.

It should be crystal clear now just how calcified the deep state is in all of these bureaucracies. This is huge getting it to this point. If they can get just a few of these re-scheduled, it will be a huge victory.

It is utterly absurd that mushrooms, LSD, ibogaine and MDMA are Schedule 1 drugs.

This is absolutely part of what a voted for. Good on POTUS.

I hope you're right, but my cynicism was learned.
