Do you deserve a tip when making a cup of coffee? Cause I don’t personally think you do. I don’t get a tip when I deposit a check at first national bank in Crowley,La. What makes a barista think I need to
“Answer this quick question for me”?? You literally get an hourly rate to work. What do you guys do? And if you say the fix is to make my own coffee you can
Go suck a cock. How do you guys combat the tip culture?

If you're a bank teller, you're too poor to not be making your own coffee at home.

I tip myself $8 I suppose.

Don’t do coffee drive thrus. Use money saved over time to retire early with pot of your own coffee in a cabin overlooking a hill and stream instead.

Tip a squirrel a few acorns.

If they take my card and stick it in then hand it back to me to tip, I tip.

If they stick the machine out like it’s still Covid, no tip.

If I'm ordering a black coffee for myself, I'm not tipping. If I have to order a Venti Grande Sugarcoma Diabeetus XL Flavor-crap for my wife, I'll throw them a buck for hitting "START" on the blender before pouring.

I don’t drink coffee and don’t know how much it cost, so like $5?

Essentially $1. If it's the one with the percentage options whichever is closest to $1 that is over $1 if it is just one drink.

Essentially the same as I would if I was ordering a Miller Lite at a bar and paying cash.

Not just a covid thing. It's also for security purposes to help reduce skimming, or the cashier recording the front and back of the cards.

Simply don't tip at places I don't want to tip. It really is not this difficult, just hit the 0% or "No tip" option at the bottom

I top one dollar if the service is fast and efficient and the "barista" is friendly. That's it.

$0.

I order a black coffee with 1-2 pumps of a sugar free syrup. That does not deserve a tip

If you stand in a line to get your food/beverage, then no tip.

If someone brings your food to you at a table, then tip.
