For me, far and away, it's S.O.P.
Whenever I hear it, I know I'm going to have to jump through unnecessary hoops that are going to slow down efficiency going forward...

Pretty much all of them. I especially hate when somebody uses one in an email then explains what the acronym means in parentheses.

Makes me want to punch a wall because I know the formulas to calculate them and how manipulated and wrong they are at my job. They are meaningless numbers and every decision is based on them.
