CAR - Avis short squeeze

Anyone been watching Avis stock. It’s being shorted like crazy! I have no money in it, but find it entertaining when it happens.

I saw a ton of Avis fleet cars for sale in DFW. I normally see Enterprise on Cars.com and AutoTrader and rarely Avis.

It’s being shorted to hell and causing the stock to go up. I’m not smart enough to tell you why, but we’ve all seen this before, eventually it will drop like a rock.

crap. wish you had posted this sooner. looks like another great pump and dump opportunity. wish i coulda gotten in at 100.
we made big $$$ pumping and dumping newsmax and trump stock.

The short interest on Merlin is still higher than Avis by a few percentage points.

Can any of you explain how to tell what the short volume is on a stock and when it has to be closed out? I'm tempted to gamble on some call options on mrln if I can figure out what date to use.
