Xi has framed his country as a stabilizing force in a world thrown into turmoil by Donald Trump’s erratic approach to trade and foreign policy.

I've been told by complete idiots on this board that the BRICS nations are the ones standing in opposition to the global order, yet here China is saying what Trump is doing is actually opposing the global order. Weird that other nations can see what the delusional among us can't.

NATO will be more than a useless drain on us moving forward. It will actively work against us.
Europe will 100% choose China over us in any future rivalry or conflict.

Don’t misunderstand Xi.
The International order includes the petrodollar as the basis for oil trade.
Xi welcomes a new, more stabilized International order to replace it.
You probably didn’t vote for the petrodollar to be replaced.

I bet the world does feel like it’s crumbling when one of your main suppliers of oil has been overthrown and the other is being hammered and cut off from you. All while your other primary ally is stuck in an endless war against a smaller country.
