If you were once a Megyn Kelly fan, there comes a point where you have to admit the obvious: she is not the same commentator she used to be.

She has drifted into the smug, self-important world of the woke right, where the brand is no longer clarity or conviction but ego, grievance, and endless contrarian performance. She now sounds less like a serious political voice and more like someone determined to sneer at Trump, bait her own audience, and carve out a niche as a permanent anti-MAGA scold.

Erin Molan is the exact opposite. Erin sounds like a person who still has her bearings, still understands the country, and still understands why millions of people support Trump. She is sharp, forceful, and grounded in common sense, not lost in the vanity and self-obsession that now seem to drive Megyn Kelly.

What really gives Kelly away is the increasingly foul, profanity-laced edge that has crept into her commentary. It does not make her sound tougher. It makes her sound like she is unraveling.

The more she curses, snaps, and performs outrage, the more she comes across as unhinged and desperate to stay relevant. It is the behavior of someone losing discipline, losing perspective, and maybe losing the plot altogether.

Erin Molan, by contrast, sounds focused and controlled. She does not need to pepper everything with profanity or act like she is in a permanent meltdown. She makes her point, stands by Trump without apology, and sounds like an adult in full command of her own mind. At this point, the contrast is not subtle: Erin Molan sounds sane, steady, and persuasive, while Megyn Kelly increasingly sounds bitter, erratic, and out of control.
