If you remember, Roy Moore was defeated by Democrat Doug Jones in the Alabama senate race a few years back because the Washington Post painted him as a predator of girls. The writer got a Pulitzer Prize for his series of articles.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they use these journalists to smear a candidate which provides cover for their cheating. It makes it easy to say Roy Moore lost because of the allegations. But I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that Moore would have still won a fair election.

Blame the Alabama Republican Party. Moore was a bad candidate.
But putting the AG in as interim Senator to torpedo an investigation and then forcing out decent conservative candidates is what handed over the state to the Dems.

No. The most outrageous claims were outright lies. The news media cleverly took true claims of him dating girls who were in their teens at the time and used those claims to make the fake accusations sound legit.
