Its been obvious for over a month now that there's no fix on this roster for the infield. Pearson getting better has helped but it's not enough

Aka: these motherfrickers are off the team immediately when the season ends.

We’re just not that good. CJJ can’t just come out and say it - but he knows it. Coaching can only take you so far. A kid doesn’t even know how to touch second to turn a double play.

the lack of contact and watching strikes blows my mind.

Jay constructed a lineup that was offense-first, and he conceded they would kick around some baseballs. What he didn't envision was the same group struggling offensively as much as this team has. They have found the back of the bullpen several times in SEC play, but outside of that, it has been a real struggle.
Last night was probably the weakest starter you'll see all weekend, the opportunities were there to plate 6 or 7 runs, and it didn't happen.
Learn from your mistakes and move on. LSU baseball will be fine under his leadership.

It’s very simple… team can’t outhit their mistakes like they have during his tenure. When you’re a sloppy team, you better hit the ball extremely well and they are wildly inconsistent at the plate.

JJ needs to go psycho on them like the old coach did in Bull Durham. Storm the showers with an armful of bats screaming about “lolligagging.” LOL.
Of course those actors were depicting broke minor league players with heart rather than the NIL princesses of today.
It seems like a lot of these dudes have no dawg in them. Just contractors working a short hitch.

There actually is, and it starts with having an offensive identity that produces runs rather than sit around and wait for .250 hitters to get hits.

Braun is also looking good enough at 1st and very strong with the bat. But you’re still right. The revolving door at 2nd and constant shifting to try and hide issues are still big problems.

Yes. Yes we did
Someone should study what it is about this site that attracts so many non-functional retards.

Remember when it was just a scheduling problem because he packed too many games in to a 2 week span.
