Where in New Orleans should our newly single, 35 y/o, female friend live?

My GF is a director of sales in luxury hotels here in Charleston. Her old director of marketing thought Charleston was too small time for her and moved back to the Connecticut suburbs of NYC, living with her mom, doing remote work for the hotel. She was overseeing the Charleston property and their Key West location. Dated a guy up there for a few years who hated how much she traveled. They just broke up and she also just accepted a new position as Director of Marketing for a couple hotels in New Orleans so she's moving there having never visited the city or hotels (
).
Before Charleston she worked at hotels in Miami, she's bougie, mom is Jewish, multiple procedures done, all the things.
I told the GF I know some folks from LA and NO so I'd ask them where she should find a place. She'll also be looking to find a new guy. Based on my description you can probably guess who she's looking for.
So tOT, where should I suggest our friend look to find her first apartment in New Orleans? (all of this is real)
ETA: one of the hotels is just a bit north of the quarter. Also she'll probably be making ~$125k-$140k a year.

I also need to know if any of the recommendation are jokes because I don't know and will be passing them along.
So if you tell me Bawcomville comes highly rated, that's gonna make its way.

Need more demographic, financial and aesthetic information to determine the level of help I will provide.

I think her mom is wealthy, she's Jewish. She will make $125k but live like she makes $750k. I never got the opportunity to tell her Dallas is the move.
She's the kind of person who will wear $700 sunglasses that look terrible and make sure you know what the brand is, when $30 sunglasses would make her look so much better.

is this person an attractive blonde with no tattoos and a somewhat normal style of dress? or does she have tattoos and wear weird clothes. this matters a lot

Lakeview, Mid City, Uptown, or Old Metairie. Honorable mentions Downtown Covington or Mandeville near the lake front.

Yep. Moving to suburbs when single is a great idea!

She didn't love Charleston because the dudes weren't into her. It wasn't her looks, it was her vibe and her NY area approach.

Happy to fill the boyfriend void until she inevitably moves. I do have a no fatties rule.
