Iran's current leadership is never going to surrender. They fight on Religious grounds. It's Spiritual for them. If they give up, they go to Hell. That's what they believe.

No. They pretend to believe that so the rank and file stay in line. The leadership are just leveraging that as a way to secure more cannon fodder.

Then, what in your opinion does the leadership actually believe? If we can identify what motivates them psychologically, we might be able to use that information for purposes of persuading them to bend towards our will.
If they are faking this Religious/Spiritual motivation, what is their actual motive?
I still think we are going to have to kill them, one-by-one or group-by-group. Perhaps a remnant my flee out of the country, or a few may surrender.
It would help our forces if we could figure this out.
