To wins and losses and quit pretending like all of us are all knowing and clairvoyant. It’s baseball, it’s the best sport there is and there are tons of ups and downs. Let it play out and quit jumping off a cliff and hoisting trophies during the season. Baseball is fun, enjoy it for what it is.

What's the point if I can't overreact.

That’s a negative. Don’t tell me to act like an adult.

Avg 2/3 from here on out gets us to 18-12. Enough for a natty seed or nah?

Sir, this is LSU. We either go undefeated to win the natty with every game in a run-rule, or every coach deserves to be fired and every starter deserves to be benched because clearly their backup is better.

Okay in Yorke’s case that’s likely true, but normally not.

I have no doubt nothing will change but it can’t hurt to pretend.

I’m resigned to the fact that part of the fun about LSU baseball is the fans thinking the team is dead in the water every year including the championship years

Fact
But it’s also a little fun when you can subtly twist the knife in them.

There’s a certain fanbase which is probably 80% that think the game is over in the first half no matter which sport. They are the half glass empty Debbi downers and I’m in the 20%.

I only am sure about a few things regarding this team, but I don't ever doubt Jay Johnson
