Cleared 250 from just the Jordan Brand even though there was a 16% dip in revenue. Net worth sits around 4.5 bil.

I wonder which title is most impressive:
1. NBA GOAT
2. Greatest athlete of all time
3. Best athlete businessman/Richest athlete

He was the singular least successful NBA owner of all time in Charlotte. Zero playoff series wins in nearly 20 years.

I'm sure he could easily wipe away the tears with all that money.

Nike does 90%+ of the legwork for the entire Jordan brand. MJ just watches westerns and plays golf, goes fishing and messes with his race team and collects checks.

His kids probably do more work Than him with Nike.

So?

My grandfather made his kids work for his business so he didn't have to do it.

I'm sure my dad would have done the same thing to me and my siblings if he could. Problem was he was a doctor and my grandfather owned a restaurant.

Not close.

Tiger Woods:

Michael Jordan is worth significantly more than Tiger Woods, with Jordan holding an estimated net worth of over $3 billion to $3.6 billion compared to Woods' estimated $1.3 billion as of early 2026. While both are billionaires, Jordan's fortune is heavily driven by his equity in the Nike Jordan Brand and the sale of the Charlotte Hornets.

Sold for 3 billion dollar evaluation and he didn’t own the team 100%. I wonder how much he walked away with from the sale before taxes.

Compared to the typical signature basketball line, Jordan Brand generates at least 70 times more sales volume.

Jordan might be underpaid

Wimpy, pathetic troll attempt.

Everyone knows that or can look it up, though the OP posted about Jordan's income for the year, which has nothing to do with ownership of an NBA team.

But you doubled down on pointless by stating he's the singular least successful coach of all time in ... Charlotte, which has been around for 22 years.

Why can't we get decent troll attempts? Decent attempts at making pointless points? Decent attempts at retorts?

I am sad.

Can’t imagine there’s much legwork at all, the money is all made on the retro shoes.

Nobody buys whatever the current iteration of Jordan shoes are. I doubt anyone could identify anything past the 14.
