I just want to be able to drive down my fuging street without being shot by a dumbfug untrained cop. A situation like this calls every American's fundamental rights into question. If driving *near* a crime scene and *near* police is enough to get shot in the fuging face then we should just cancel the country.

Let me write my fundamental line of disagreement. I do not believe that unyielding compliance to every single thing an officer asks you to do is correct. I do not believe they are all good people. I do not believe that the police are correct in every single situation

This is true of every single driver in every single police interaction. A lot of things *could* happen. The whole point is not using force until they do.

Moreover, if she was such an imminent threat, why were they approaching such a dangerous terrorist rather than running away? She was idling in the middle of the road before any of them approached her.
